Options for submitting Documents to IBKR:

Option 1: During account creation using /create endpoint within <Documents>.

Option 2: After the account has been created using 'DocumentSubmission' via /update endpoint.

Max upload size: 25 MB
Once document has been received by IBKR, status should change to "Received- being processed"
